| Rear ball bearing: The outer diameter of 25.80 mm has been adopted in order to avoid ring distorsions and to increase fatigue resistance. |
Sleeve: The sleeve has 4 transfer ports , the best compromise to make a linear power supply with minimal fuel consumption combination possible. |
Crankshaft: As this engine comes as "Factory Tuned" we have modified the crankshaft to futher improve the power output and driveability. |
Conrod: The R7 conrod is made from a superlight alluminium which has been checked ultrasonic. The specific form of the R7 creates little turbulence inside the engine while running. |

| Carburettor: The carburettor of this engine is made from plastic and in "reverse" style and has a sliding throttle valve. |
Glowplug: The glowplug of engine is a Turbo type glowplug. Turbo glowplugs have a different shape than Standard glowplugs and therefor are not interchange able with engines that are using Standard glowplugs! |
Compression rings: The ignition timing is controlled with these little rings of various thickness. To change the ignition timing you can add or remove a ring of a certain thickness. |
